Eureka Secondary School App
Eureka Secondary School App. The App is the school’s official platform. It is private and secure. Only current parents/guardians, students and teachers have access.
The App provides parents with a ‘single point of engagement’ for all school-related information and administration tasks, including:
- Communications
- Digital Forms
- Booklists
- School Information
The app is the school’s main communication channel. Weekly school announcements and updates can be found here.
Permission to leave, absence notes and late notes are all submitted through the app, as well as signing permission slips for school trips.
All absent notes, late notes and permission to leave notes are submitted under the “Attendance” tab within the app. Permission to leave notes should be submitted for yearhead approval before 8am on the day of leaving early. Notes can be submitted after this deadline but might result in delay of approval.

VS Ware
VSware can be accessed within the app. It is used to access and view your daughter’s timetable, attendance records, behaviour, and term reports.
Although VSware is accessed through the Eureka App, you will have a separate login. You will receive this from the school once your daughter starts 1st Year.
